3rd April 2019 Cloud 2 Outage

On April 3, 2019 between 1:35 pm and 1:55 pm our technical team discovered an issue with the Ericom gateway servers. They went into a hang status and were shown as unavailable. A restart of these servers corrected the issue. The cloud services team is still researching the issue with the vendor and an update will be provided once a root cause is found.
