On 10/9/2018 at approximately 6:20 a.m. EST Cloud 2 experienced service interruption which was due to a temporary internet outage from one of our internet service providers (ISP). Incident is still being investigated.

Service was fully restored on 09/10/2018 at 07:31 a.m. EST.
