Cloud Services Team

On 10/11/2018 at 10:58 a.m. EST, some users reported that they are experiencing slowness in some applications. We are currently investigating the issue.

12:19 p.m. - Slowness issue has been resolved - the issue was caused by incorrect load balancing due to a program error. The technical team is working on a remediation to deploy to prevent this from happening in the future.
